Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
3 large Eggs
Fresh Ground Pepper
Salt
1 tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
Directions:
1. Beat eggs using a fork.
2. Melt your butter using a nonstick medium skillet on low heat.
3. Add in your egg mixture.
4. Using your spatula, move eggs into center of your pan. Cook until the eggs are set. This should take about 1 1/2 minutes to 3 minutes.
5. Season your eggs with pepper and salt.
6. Serve and Enjoy!
Eggs & Bacon
Ingredients:
4 large Eggs
8 slices of Bacon
1 tablespoon of Butter
1/2 cup of Chopped Broccoli
1/2 cup of Finely Chopped Celery
1 Peeled Carrot
1/2 cup of Grated Cheese
1/2 of a large Chopped White Onion.
Directions:
1. Slice your bacon into smaller strips.
2. Melt butter in a large sized skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the bacon and vegetables.
4. Stir often and saute your vegetables and bacon in the butter for about 20 minutes.
5. Spread your mixture over your skillet as evenly as possible and make four wells one in each quarter of the skillet.
6. Break an egg into each of the wells. Cook eggs until nearly done. Cook shorter if you like your yolks runny and longer if you like them harder.
7. When eggs are nearly done sprinkle cheese on top and let cook until cheese melts and eggs are done.
8. Serve and Enjoy!
Chicken Omelet (Serves 1)
Ingredients:
2 slices of Bacon (Chopped and Cooked)
2 Eggs
1 ounce of Deli Cut Chicken
1/4 of an Avocado
1 tablespoon of Mayo
1 chopped Tomato
1 teaspoon of Mustard
Directions:
1. Crack your eggs and beat them in a small bowl. Add to hot pan. Pull the sides of eggs towards the center of teh skillet to cook faster. Season with pepper and salt.
2. Once eggs are half cooked (approximately 5 minutes), add your bacon, chicken, tomato, and sliced avocado. Also, add in your mayo and mustard.
3. Fold your omelet over onto itself. Cover using a lid. Cook until finished (approximately 5 minutes).
4. Serve and Enjoy!
Breakfast Lettuce Taco (Serves 2)
Ingredients:
4 large Eggs
2 Romain Lettuce Leafs
2 tablespoons of Heavy Cream
6 slices of Bacon
2 slices of Cheddar Cheese
2 tablespoons of Shredded Cheddar
Pepper, Salt and Onion Powder
Directions:
1. Cook your bacon to desired preference.
2. Whisk your eggs, cream, and add seasonings.
3. Scramble the eggs and mix in the cheese at the end.
4. Combine your eggs, cheese, bacon, and lettuce.
5. Serve and Enjoy!
Steak & Eggs (Serves 1)
Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 tablespoon of Butter
4 ounces of Sirloin steak
1/4 of an Avocado
Pepper and Salt
Directions:
1. Melt butter in your pan. Fry the eggs until whites have been set and yolk is done to your desired preference. Season them with pepper and salt.
2. Cook sirloin in another pan until desired preference. Slice into small strips and season with pepper and salt.
3. Slice up the avocado and add to your dish.
4. Serve and Enjoy!
Fried Crusty Cheese (Serves 1)
Ingredients:
1 Egg
2 slices of Cheddar Cheese
1 teaspoon of Ground Flaxseed
1 teaspoon of Almond Flour
1 teaspoon of Hemp Nuts
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
Pepper and Salt
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in your frying pan over medium heat.
2. Whisk your egg with pepper and salt.
3. Mix your flaxseed with hemp nuts and almond flour.
4. Coat your cheddar slices with your egg mixture and then with your dry mixture.
5. Fry them for approximately 3 minutes on both sides.
6. Serve and Enjoy!
Chocolatey Milk – (2 Servings)
Ingredients:
16 oz of Unsweetened Almond Milk
4 oz of Heavy Cream Stevia or Low-Carb Sweetener
1 scoop of Whey Chocolate Isolate Powder.
Directions:
1. Put each of the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until it is smooth.
3. Serve and Enjoy!
High Fiber Coffee & Coconut Cup (1 Serving)
Ingredients:
30 grams of Ground Flaxseed
30 grams of Unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
1/2 cup of Unsweetened Black Coffee Liquid Sweetener
Directions:
1. Mix flaxseed and coconut flakes together well.
2. Add coconut oil. Pour hot coffee on it and mix. Adjust level of thickness by adding more still water or coffee.
3. Add 3 to 4 drops of liquid sweetener.

Morning Detox Tea (Serves 1)
Ingredients:
1 cup of Warm Water
2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon of Honey
2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1 dash of Cayenne
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

1. Combine all your ingredients and stir well.

Cinnamon and Oatmeal
Ingredients:
2/3 cup of Chia Seeds
2/3 cup of Unsweetened Coconut
2/3 cup of Golden Flax Meal
2 tablespoons of Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup of Hot Water
2 tablespoons of Unsweetened Coconut Milk Sweetener
Directions:
1. Combine your golden flax meal, chia seed, cinnamon, and unsweetened coconut in a container.
2. Scoop out 1/2 cup of this mixture and keep rest stored in a container.
3. Pour 1/2 cup of water on your mixture and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
4. Add sweetener and coconut milk into your bowl. Stir to combine.
